This policy explains what information A-RIA-O ("we") collects through the website a-ria-o.com and how we use it. The Quest Bound game played by guests has its own in-app privacy notice.

Who we are

This website and the Quest Bound product are operated by Green Strategy Management & Professional Consultation Ltd. (company no. 515838027), Israel, under the brand A-RIA-O. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].

What we collect

• Information you send us. If you fill in a contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, organisation, role, phone number, email address and message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and discuss our services with you.
• To provide, secure and improve the website.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing details as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. We do not receive or store your full card details. Paddle shares with us the order details we need to provide the service, such as your name, email address, company and subscription status.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use, under the laws that apply to you, including the EU and UK GDPR and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
