Cancellation and refund policy

This policy applies to Quest Bound subscriptions sold by Green Strategy Management & Professional Consultation Ltd. (company no. 515838027) under the brand A-RIA-O. Subscriptions are intended for businesses.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Monthly plan

• The plan renews automatically every month.
• You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• We do not refund partial months.

Annual plan

• The annual plan is paid in advance and renews automatically for another year.
• We email you a reminder 30 days before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time before the renewal date. The plan then stays active until the end of the paid year and does not renew.
• We do not refund the unused part of a year that has already started.

Resort groups and signed agreements

Where a property or group has a signed service agreement with us, the cancellation and notice terms in that agreement apply instead of this policy.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your property name, or use the cancellation option in your billing account when available. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

How refunds are paid

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Under its buyer terms, Paddle may also grant a refund at its discretion within 14 days of a purchase or renewal, and statutory withdrawal rights apply where the law provides them.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
